We want you to love your Kowtow garments, but if they aren't quite right, we offer returns on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn, with all tags intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place your garments in their original compostable packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your parcel to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
